Art, I find that guided, body scan meditations are the easiest. Try this one. And next time you get stuck in anxious thoughts, try just sitting with those thoughts. Not getting mad at them, etc. Just observe them. Be present with them. With practice, you'll get better at it. https://youtu.be/4lKmapYowmM
