Good stuff, Gary. Couple thoughts. When I started over ten years ago, instead of trying for every day, I went for 5 days out of 7. Why? To take the pressure off. If you start with going for every day and you end up missing a few the tendency is to just give up. Second, I started gradually. First weeks, 2 minutes. Next weeks, 5, then 7, then 10 then 15. Bottom line, easing in is important for most of us mere mortals!
